Brief history:
During the 1970s, New York City African American Puerto Rican community created the genre of Rap music. Actually, it's a style that arose in trying to add music rap and other instruments such as synthesizers, drum machines in live bands. The rappers are the main theme of hip hop there's more to it than just rap. It started with their versions of simple music were modernized and evolved over the years.
Styles and Techniques:
Hip hop and rap music is not just music at all. It consists of other things, not just the music itself. Even the graffiti has been transformed by the Society of hip hop. It was used in the early years as a form of expression to political activists.
